Job Description
- The Oracle Cloud Applications Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Application(ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) to meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage oracle cloud applications, including Finance, Procurement, HCM, and other relevant modules.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions using Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Manage Oracle cloud updates, patches, and release cycles to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades, customizations, and integrations.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the oracle support team and key users.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions as required.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
- Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Architect
