Job Description

  • Support in all HR Functions
  • Organize and updates employee files. They track employee progress, noting promotions, recognition and policy violations and documenting them accordingly. They ensure that former employee files are maintained according to law.
  • Complete and filing all hiring paperwork.
  • Handling all Hiring processes, starting from preparing employee files, social insurance forms 1,2,6 and create employees' bank accounts and any other relevant tasks.
  • Contribute relations, including promotions, lateral transfers, downgrades, salary certificates and salary adjustments in compliance with approved guidelines and policies in a timely manner.
  • Develop response specifications, reviews output and finalize submission of the employee to the preparation and processing of all type of documents related to employee relations queries.
  • Follow up on the HR database and regularly update the employee’s personal information.
  • Study and follow up absenteeism report for review and action by, Employee Relations Specialist
  • Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment.
  • Support in conducting exit interviews and investigations for departing employees to ensure that the valid reasons are captured through the process.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in human resources, labor and employee relations, law, or other relevant discipline is required
  • 0-2 years of experience in the HR field
  • Demonstrating a solid knowledge of employment law
  • V. good to excellent English
  • HRM Diploma is a must.
  • Females only.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization and with appropriate external stakeholders
