Job Description
- Design, plan, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for civil projects.
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data such as maps, reports, tests, and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Identify and resolve design, construction, or operational problems as they arise.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations relevant to civil engineering projects.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
