*Job Title: Telesales Representative*
Key Responsibilities:

* *Sales Targets*: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the sales team.
* *CRM Management*: Document all customer interactions and update customer profiles accurately in the CRM system.
* *Team Collaboration*: Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve sales techniques.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.

*Job Requirements*
Shift: 8 hours
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Days Off: 1 day off on rotation
Salary: Ranges from 4 to 6, plus commission
