Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce and promote our products or services.
- Needs Assessment: Understand and assess customer needs, providing appropriate product or service solutions and support tailored to their requirements.
- Inquiry Handling: Handle customer inquiries, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the sales team.
- CRM Management: Document all customer interactions and update customer profiles accurately in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve sales techniques.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.

- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
- Days Off: 1 day off on rotation
- Salary: Ranges from 4 to 6, plus commission
