Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the oilfield services sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience managing a high-performing sales team.
- Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and formulate effective business strategies.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a similar role, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Willingness to travel to foster client relationships and lead the sales team effectively.
