Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with an engineering background who is eager to develop a career in technical sales and business development. The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting SOLWAD’s comprehensive range of access solutions and EuroArt hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and present SOLWAD’s range of products (steel doors, hardware, windows, louvers, specialty doors, partitions, etc.) to consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Actively seek and generate leads for EuroArt hardware in ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and technical submittals.
  • Conduct site visits, attend project meetings, and provide technical consultations to clients as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM or reporting tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Represent SOLWAD at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance brand awareness and generate business leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns related to SOLWAD and EuroArt products.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company policies and targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior sales or internship experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Interest in sales, construction projects, and architectural products.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
