Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media, generating leads, and overseeing brand management. The successful candidate will also handle event management, sales forecasting, and will be skilled in budget planning, marketing research, and pricing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract qualified Clients.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media channels to engage with potential clients and strengthen our brand presence.
- Lead Generation: Create and execute campaigns to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of high-quality clients.
- Brand Management: Enhance and maintain our employer brand through consistent messaging, creative content, and strategic initiatives.
- Budget Planning: Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Marketing Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, understand competitors, and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for services, if applicable, to attract Potential client while managing costs.
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage marketing events and promotions to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze performance metrics and forecast sales to guide marketing strategies and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- +10 years experience in Marketing field
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, social media management, and brand management.
- October& Zayed Residents are preferred
- Strong skills in budget planning, marketing research, pricing strategy, event management, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
