Job Description
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices and sales.
Increase customers understanding Of company projects
Follow-up on resolving customer concerns with concerned teams
Ensure that all activities are accomplished within the pre-determined SLA
Perform regular monitoring to sales team calls and assures compliance with standards
Set periodic check reviews for the implemented plan and list of corrective actions if needed
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Support in developing monthly plans for sales team
Monitoring and evaluation of sales team
Set clear team goals
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Job Requirements
Education:
• University degree –Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Business certificate is preferred.
Experience:
• +7 years’ experience in the same field, Real Estate experience is a must
• Successful previous experience as a sales manager
Knowledge and skill requirements
• Hands-on experience in all aspects of sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Superior commercial and market awareness.
