Job Description
- Actively engage with customers in retail locations or through other channels to understand their mobile needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our various mobile devices, plans, and accessories effectively.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technology trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in mobile and accessories field
- In-depth knowledge of at least in mobiles types and Specifications
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
