Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a medical field such as Pharmaceutical Science, Veterinary Science, Bio chemistry, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: 1-2 years in the ophthalmology or medical device field preferred, but we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in sales techniques and a deep understanding of ophthalmic products is preferable.
• Characteristics: A goal-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets. Adherence to strict SOPs and compliance regulations is a must.
• Additional Requirements: Owning a car is preferred as this position involves travel within the territory.
