Job Description

  • Call new leads derived from lists, referrals, and advertising programs.
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
  • Qualify potential customers by asking questions about business needs related to  workforce performance
  • Answering customers' questions on the service.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  • Use email to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments
  • Provide feedback to others in department related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall services.

.Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a Telesales/Telemarketing Executive.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer/Web software.
  • Minimum two or more years of Experience
