Job Description
- Manage category section sales and achieve targets through exceptional professional sales and leading skills for the staff of external promoters.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the customer receives promises through close follow up on customers’ requirements and requests with other stakeholders until the service is properly delivered.
- Play an active role in handling customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Monitor stock levels and manage the product replenishment in coordination with supply chain.
- Manage the customer delivery process to ensure the customer orders are delivered on time.
- Handle the invoicing process to adhere to B.TECH selling standards and to contribute to more efficient sales tracking and recording.
- Cooperate with team members to achieve overall branch goals and enhance the customer experience to build long term customer relations.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Supervise others working within established operational systems.
Job Requirements
- Retail experience in electronics a/o home appliances for +5 years
- Extremely customer focus and hospitality
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- High emotional intelligence
- High numerical abilities
