Job Description

Customer Experience Lead bridges the gap between the customer and the brand. Responsible for ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. A successful Customer Experience lead increases customer satisfaction rates, increases customer loyalty, and gains more referrals from those loyal customers.lg

Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of Nahdet Misr’s Products and Services 
  • Handles Customers requests 
  • Can excel under pressure 
  • Communicate the customer opinion with internal stakeholders and vice-versa. 
  • Investigate the customer enquiries and provides them with the right information and help at the right time

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any field 
  • Proven track-record in a similar position 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
  • Aware of the importance of Customer Journey 
  • Ownership and Empathy
