Customer Experience Lead bridges the gap between the customer and the brand. Responsible for ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. A successful Customer Experience lead increases customer satisfaction rates, increases customer loyalty, and gains more referrals from those loyal customers.lg
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of Nahdet Misr’s Products and Services
- Handles Customers requests
- Can excel under pressure
- Communicate the customer opinion with internal stakeholders and vice-versa.
- Investigate the customer enquiries and provides them with the right information and help at the right time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Proven track-record in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills.
- Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
- Aware of the importance of Customer Journey
