Job Description

  • Maintain a good environment regarding to cleaning and periodic maintenance.
  • Handling the periodic company bills (elec., land lines, internet … etc).
  • Answering, logging and directing phone calls between departments. 
  • Responsible for administrative shipments between branches.
  • Issuing tickets, visas and booking accommodations for employees on the business trips.
  • Greeting visitors and direct them for the concerned departments.
  • Meeting room handling reservation between departments as per pre request.
  • Request and following up the preparation of stationery, mobile sets, laptops, business cards and any other related admin tools for periodic needs and newly hired employees as per hiring plan and the coordination with HR Departments.
  • Support employees and managers for issuing company delegations as per company authorization policy.
  • Maintain buffet supplies in a standard level within the allocated budget.
  • Supporting with the HR Team birthday parties providing the catering and meeting room allocation.
  • Company keep and logging company legal/ internal documents 
  • MD agenda handling.
  • Meeting minutes for MD meetings.

Job Requirements

  • BS Commerce English section is a must
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing.
  • Analytical and solving problem skills.
  • Males Only.
