Qparts is a leading technology company specializing in digitizing the infrastructure of the spare parts market. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This position is open for candidates with over 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner, collaborating with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and regulations in SA & Egypt.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
• Drive the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the company's growth objectives.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and develop programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Provide HR metrics and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Review the periodic payroll calculations and ensure that all employee transactions reflect accurately in calculations.
