- Product Portfolio & Strategy:
Manage the full life cycle of VRF and commercial AC systems – from market research and portfolio design to post-sale support.
Develop a competitive product strategy aligned with customer needs, compliance standards, and energy efficiency goals.
Customize solution bundles for enterprise-scale deployments, integrating indoor and outdoor units, controls, and accessories.
Ensure alignment between product features and vertical-specific needs (e.g., banking, healthcare, retail, real estate).
Vendor & Technical Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with leading HVAC manufacturers and suppliers.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and vendor performance management.
Introduce innovative technologies and features through collaboration with global partners.
Stay informed on local regulations and certifications related to HVAC installations and equipment.
Enterprise Customer Alignment:
Work closely with the corporate sales team to define client-specific AC solutions.
Provide technical consultation and product selection guidance for large projects and tenders.
Support the preparation of proposals, submissions, and compliance documentation.
Serve as the subject matter expert for VRF systems in customer meetings and technical workshops.
Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the commercial AC space.
Identify opportunities for differentiation and emerging demand in smart building and green energy initiatives.
Track competitor activity and pricing strategies to refine positioning and go-to-market plans.
Performance Tracking & Business Reporting:
Monitor product line performance including sales trends, gross margins, and profit/loss metrics.
Generate forecasts, business reviews, and management reports to support strategic decisions.
Align with internal planning teams to ensure product availability and efficient supply chain operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product management or technical sales in HVAC or building solutions.
Strong knowledge of VRF systems, cooling technologies, and commercial HVAC design.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Experience working with consultants, MEP contractors, and enterprise customers is a strong plus.
Certification in HVAC design, energy efficiency, or LEED is a plus.
