Job Description
Reports To: HR and Admin Manager
Supervise: HR Assistant
Job Purpose:
Sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. Managing and owning the performance management system, including performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans. Conducting training needs assessments and providing training solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives and activities
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Leadership of New Employee Onboarding Program for New staff.
- Coordination and oversight of HR-led training and development efforts.
- Conducting needs assessments to identify appropriate training needs, developing training content, and facilitating training and development sessions.
- Monitoring the performance management system and training all levels of employees on the performance evaluation process, including related tools
- Providing statistical analysis of HR training data for data-driven decision making and process improvement
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Maintain Positive results by achieving the agreed-on Metrics
Working Conditions:
- Works primarily Indoor, may visit colleges/ universities and NGOs
