Job Requirements

We are looking for ideal candidate in position HR & Admin Assistant French ,English and Arabic speaking :-

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in  Human resources and Administrative.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent command of French, English and Arabic, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare official correspondence on behalf of management to both internal and external communications verbally and in writing.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
