Job Description
- Manage the efficient use of workshop resources.
- Monitor individual and workshop efficiency/productivity
- Plan the distribution of work among the team using the technician skills mix available
- Register job cards for all incoming vehicles after reception from Service Advisor
- Monitor the jobs progress on floor
- Ensure availability of parts for all incoming works and advise Service Advisor if parts are not available
- Maintain safe work environment.
- Ensure all vehicles protection equipment are used by technicians
Job Requirements
- B.SC. in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive & Tractors)
- 5 years of experience in relevant field (Peugeot in particular)
- Good Knowledge of Job Costing, Estimates of Repairs (Peugeot)
- Team management skills
