Job Description
Supervise and guide workshop technicians in repair and maintenance tasks.
Ensure all service work is performed according to technical standards.
Allocate jobs and manage workflow to meet delivery deadlines.
Monitor the use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workshop policies.
Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily and weekly workshop reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in automotive workshops.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of automotive repair processes and workshop operations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
