Job Description
- Developing HR strategies, policies and Procedures.
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Responsible for administering performance management program and training needs.
- Follow up attendance, leaves and absence.
- Advise leadership in hiring and terminations.
- Administer payroll, employee benefits.
- Provide guidance on employee behavior.
- Conduct investigations.
- Follow up on recruitment needs and hiring the best candidates.
- Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
- Create and maintain personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information databases.
- Create orientation of new employees, monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies.
- Preparing reports for all HR functions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources.
- Experience as a Senior HR Specialist 5 years.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Working under stress.
