Job Description

The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions within an organization. This role involves providing expertise and assistance in areas such as employee relations, benefits, HR policies, and compliance. The HR Specialist collaborates with HR team members and stakeholders to ensure effective HR processes and practices that align with organizational goals and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Manage employees’ orientation sessions, signing contracts, NDA, and issue all employees related employment logistics (Payroll card, medical ID etc.)
  • Responsible for all the employees' database records and updates for all accounts
  • Manage employees’ filling system for working and resigned employees according to Egyptian labor law standards & ensuring the protection of an employee's personal data
  • Handle communication with all governmental authorities (social insurance offices, labor office, and medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards
  • Preparing all the social insurance forms and labor permits
  • Track /review the attendance effects (deductions, sick leaves, unpaid leaves)
  • Handle medical insurance approvals requests, claims of reimbursement and finalize medical insurance invoices and handle doctor on site visits
  • Handling the medical network updates, the medical insurance plans & Life insurance renewal
  • Repairing a report for all the resigned employees and sending their medical cards to the medical insurance CO. to be de-activated
  • Issuing HR letters and experience letters
  • Handle Investigation Requests, take the prober action according to company’s policy
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare related turnover reports indicate reasons of dismissal
  • Conducting skip level meetings
  • Managing employee surveys
  • Handling salaries queries with co-operation of the payroll team
  • Reviewing and planning employee’s contract renewal process for all accounts
  • Updating and maintaining the Job descriptions
  • Processing all the internal Transfers and all the internal Promotions procedures& process
  • Provide the management with the necessary studies to modify salary scale; in case of increasing the market rates for certain positions
  • Implement and communicate the policies and administrative decisions ordered by the top management to the employees
  • Communicating the importance of data protection and the potential consequences of a breach or unauthorized access to sensitive information.

Job Requirements

Education and Specific Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, HR or a related field
  • English Language (B2, C1)

Work Experience

  • 1 -3 Years in the HR field Experience is required

Special Certifications

  • HR Diploma is a plus

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Working experience in BPO industry is a plus
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Detail Oriented and Organized
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skill
  • Delivering results through others and raising the capability of his/her team
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with excellent results
  • Professional knowledge in Egypt labor law
