Job Description
- Organize, track, and maintain all FF&E and interior design documentation, including design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate the flow of documents between design teams, project managers, and external consultants to ensure timely reviews and approvals.
- Implement and maintain an efficient document control system that enables easy access and retrieval of documents for ongoing and completed projects.
- Ensure proper version control, including tracking revisions, maintaining up-to-date records, and archiving obsolete documents.
- Assist the design team in preparing and submitting documents such as RFIs, submittals, and transmittals to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain vendor and supplier communications documentation, including material samples, catalogs, and technical data sheets.
- Prepare regular documentation status reports for project meetings, including review logs, pending approvals, and distribution records.
- Support internal and external audits by providing organized documentation and responding to any related queries.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure all document-related requirements are met and any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field
- From 1 to 3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the Construction or Real Estate industries.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
