Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- The Digital Sales Manager serves as a Digital Sales champion developing and driving revenue growth for company global sales.
- Drive performance for online sales, proactively leading initiatives to meet sales and profitability goals, correct any shortfalls and act on opportunities to exceed targets.
- Develop sales strategy, streamline the sales process and test and optimize sales tactics.
- Develop digital advertising and lead generation proposals that meet advertisers’ objectives and budget.
- Manage pipeline and prioritize target accounts to maximize sales and ROI.
- Hands-on prospecting, calling, presenting and closing deals.
- Work with internal partner teams to drive marketing, analytics, online promotions, A/B testing, and trials to optimize KPIs and financial results.
- Grow customer acquisition and profitability through our online sales channel.
- Lead meetings with clients regarding new product and advertising opportunities while ensuring clients are satisfied with their business growth.
- Build and maintain internal relationships with customers, technology/platform owners and business partners.
- Carefully monitor results, establish sales quotas, and plan future sales targets.
- Stay current on industry news and changes as well as competitive models and features.
- Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reporting including sales, promotions, conversion, etc.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years' Experience with digital marketing management, B2B media, and sales technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales strategy, process and KPI’s
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking skill and sound decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to solve real-life problems
