Job Description
Recruiting & Staffing:
- According to annual budget on staffing and HC, implement the plan and monthly review.
- Responsible for the hiring report such as rolling forecast and monthly report etc.
- Maintain recruitment channel to ensure the effective of recruitment.
- Maintain and implement internal recruitment procedure, get approval for staffing request
- Maintain the internal JD system to ensure line managers update JD in time
- Ensure the recruitment projects to be carried оut on time as per division business strategy. Organize the process of interview, candidate evaluation, offering and on boarding.
- Organization notice and nomination letter preparing and sharing.
- Responsible for probation talk and follow up probation evaluation completion
- Keep in touch with BorgWarner global recruitment network for internal mobility
Employee Relations
- Support in regular employee communication activities
- Arrange annual employee survey and follow the improvement action
- Responsible for conduct culture development and employee communication related activities
- Take part in all HR projects and other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Working/Internship experience in HR recruitingfunction
- Familiar with national and local labor law, regulations, policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent English skill in both written and spoken
- Team work spirit, good communication and Cоordination skills, can work under certain pressure
