Job Description
- Help in developing production schedules and plans to meet customer orders and deadlines.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as Planning, Quality, HR, Supply chain, Cutting, and WH, to ensure the availability of materials.
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.
- Monitor production workflows and provide support to resolve any issues that arise during the process.
- Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to streamline production.
- Address and resolve any production-related issues that may arise, such as machinery breakdowns or supply shortages.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Production Manager position.
- Technical knowledge about handling intimates garment and knitting experience.
- Knowledge about problem solving.
- Good communication skill.
- Good Education background.
