Job Description
- Supervise branch daily operations
- Review the daily income (cash & credit), and do all efforts to ensure that the branch achieves the monthly income target
- Follow up on the patients’ claims process & follow up on the lab results delivery
- Supervise branch purchasing cycle and inventory
- Communicate with doctors regularly to make sure that they are following the clinic protocols, to provide them with any feedback received, and to check if they have any needs
- Bring out the best of subordinate employees by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Ensure that all employees are knowledgeable about their job duties, and that they are always up to date and aware of the clinics offers/deals
- Evaluate direct subordinates’ performance and provide feedback and coaching when needed
- Make sure that the branch is on the highest level of cleanliness, and that all branch maintenance needs are fulfilled
- Locate the areas of improvement and proposes preventive/corrective actions in order to minimize the customers complaints
- Handle all customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner
- Send regular reports to the management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar position
- Very Good in English
- Excellent communications & problem-solving Skills
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working Conditions:
- 8 hour shift (from 02:00 pm to 10:00 pm)
