Job Description
*Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for the CFO’s internal and external
engagements, including Board, ExCom, investors, and financial institutions.
*Serve as a communication bridge between Group Finance and other corporate functions (strategy,
legal, risk, compliance).
*Ensure timely and accurate flow of information to and from the Office of the CFO.
*Oversee group financial performance dashboards and KPIs, ensuring timely escalation of red flags.
*Facilitate performance reviews and management reporting processes.
*Support the CFO in developing and executing the group’s financial strategy.
*Conduct financial analysis, bench marking, and scenario modeling to support executive decision-
making.
*Oversee cross-functional initiatives across FP&A, accounting, tax & treasury
*Liaise with CFOs of subsidiary companies to ensure alignment with group-level financial objectives
and policies.
*Support the design and execution of governance frameworks (e.g., finance operating model, group
finance policies).
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, CMA, or CPA
preferred).
-12–18 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, or conglomerate finance.
-Experience in a group-level or holding company structure is highly preferred.
-Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and financial transformation initiatives.
-Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.
