Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the bookkeeping department
- Supervise and guide bookkeepers in their tasks and responsibilities
- Review and verify financial statements and records for accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies
- Coordinate with others to obtain and provide financial data
- Train and mentor new bookkeeping staff
- Facilitate the implementation of new financial systems and software
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
- Resolve accounting issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and errors
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
- Liaise with external auditors during audits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- ( IFRS certificate , CMA Certificate ) is prefer.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously;
- More than 8 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of supervision and team leadership
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in bookkeeping
- Experience in handling tax filing.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
