Job Description

  • Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures
  • Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required time frame
  • Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows and ensure all activities according to customer specifications
  • Evaluate all reports submitted by sales staff and recommend appropriate changes if required
  • Monitor all existing and prospective markets in Africa and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and review all company products and develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment of warehouse products.
  • Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit
  • Administer all existing clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategies and design required consumer promotions for various trade fairs and maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and assist to identify new markets.Participates in setting Export strategic objectives.
  • Prepares the Export policies & procedures manual and submits to the Commercial Director to review and approve.
  • Prepares the yearly Export department plan, and monitors its execution to ensure achieving the set objectives.
  • Manages and monitors the Export activities in different Regions and ensures that the customer provided with the optimum product quality levels and delivery on time with no delay.
  • Evaluates the Export opportunities and the new markets recommended by the Regional Export Managers, identifies the potential ones, and presents to the Commercial Director to obtain his approval and support to invade the prospective markets.
  • Ensures regularly delivering products in compliance with the rules and legislation of each country with regard to health, safety and environment requirements of the respective markets.
  • Oversees and monitors all related export activities are in line with the planning and warehouse operations, to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of the shipments to the designated countries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or any discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in Export and logistics Industry
  • Experience with plastic molding environment,
