Job Description

  • Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
  • Ability to Generate offers for customers.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills , excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Working 6 days a week.
  • Working hours 9am -5pm
