Job Description

  • Design and implement on boarding program to support employees in their first period of hiring
  • Managing the relationship between the organization and the employees
  • Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
  • Manage the Employee Engagement survey for the business, ensuring all impact plans have been submitted and implemented in the business.
  • Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions. • Promote an orderly but friendly work environment to increase the productivity of the employees.
  • Plan and execute purposeful and outcome driven events  geared to attract, develop, and retain talent.
  • Create and coordinate learning and development opportunities and track completion, feedback, and cadence of such programs.
  • Continuously guide, coach, and direct leaders to ensure a consistent understanding of expectations in supporting their team members and experience across department lines for all team members.
  • Dealing with complex cases, such as disciplinary grievances and appeals
  • Creating development interventions for those identified as talent
  • Designing succession and contingency frameworks
  • Assessing the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience.
  • Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being
  • Reviewing and enhancing the employer brand
  • Overseeing all people practices to ensure they are compliant the company policies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in a relevant position
  • HR certificate/diploma is a Must
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office package
  • Experience in construction companies is a plus
