Job Description
- Conceptually develops the interior spaces addressing planning, three-dimensional concept development, interior evaluations, details, ceiling/lighting and finishes.
- Independently evaluates, selects materials, consults with vendors, and informs project specifications.
- Coordinates with various vendors and contractors throughout the design process to achieve finished products.
- Guides the project execution through all phases of design while actively collaborating with technical leadership.
- Develops full set of construction plans (plans, elevations, schedules, etc.).
- Meets multiple tight deadlines while working on various projects concurrently.
- Conducts site surveys and job site inspections.
- Produces high quality drawings in conformance with project time, budget and quality parameters.
- Manages vendors and library.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering.
- +10 years of experience
- Excellent command of Arabic & English Languages.
- Strong Collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills.
