Job Description

AlSadim Architects & Consultants, based in Cairo Festival City – New Cairo, is seeking a Team Leader – Architectural Design with proven expertise in medium and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the architectural and interior design team.

Develop creative design concepts and oversee the design process until project completion.

Ensure quality control and compliance with international standards.

Review, guide, and approve design outputs for accuracy and creativity.

Coordinate effectively with Structure and MEP teams to ensure design integration.

Present and refine design solutions with clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in architectural and interior design.
Proven track record in leading and managing architectural teams.
Strong experience in medium and large-scale projects.
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, Photoshop (and related tools).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
