Job Description
- Recruitment, selection and interviews schedueling.
- Design employees’ compensation and benefits packages.
- Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture.
- Maintain Employees files, documents & paperwork.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules & working conditions.
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days , Medical Insurance).
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Experienced in Real estate is MUST.
- Male Preferred.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager.
- Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) user.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting.
- Familiar with Hiring Platforms such as (Linkedin ,Wuzzuf ,etc) .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
