Job Description


• Develop effective media buying plans on all digital platforms.

• Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.

• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)

• Develop reports after every digital campaign.

• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEM, email, social media platforms, and display advertising

• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

• Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers

• Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix

• Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately

• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

• Evaluate emerging technologies.

• Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

• Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams

• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Job Requirements


• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices and performance marketing such as conversion, Geos..etc

• Digital marketing & social media background. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize job-related responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

• Must have good knowledge of how to make paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter & Google AdWords.

• Holds a certification in Google AdWords preferred.

• Knowledge of media buying software.

• Ability to buy media in multiple markets

• Ability to adhere to assigned deadlines.

• Worked in a marketing agency before

• Higher knowledge of Facebook and Google Advertising platforms.

• Good communication skills and team player spirit.
