Job Description

Job Purpose

  • To convert administrative burden to a launching pad that boosts up all other functions.

Job Scope

  • All non-technical responsibilities and duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform an array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, keep updated records and files, research topics, Create presentations, letters, documents, applications, proposals, and other management-level reports, etc.)
  • Take exceptional notes and minutes, meeting follow-ups, interface with internal and external stakeholders, and go above and beyond to do whatever can help us focus on what we need to do.
  • Analyze and improve office processes and policies to ensure that the office operates smoothly and safeguard business info privacy and confidentiality.
  • Greet and welcome guests and keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
  • Moderate social media pages.

Job Duties

  • Follow up with the MD office and Performe ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Arrange interviews and recruitment tests and onboard new team members.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary and handle Monthly Office Supplies purchases requests.
  • Check, sort, forward emails, and Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
  • Monitor and track the project’s progress, handle any issues that arise, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing projects and submit summary reports to management monthly.

Job Authorities

  • Access to all necessary information to fulfill job responsibilities and duties.
  • Draft and propose new methods and procedures to improve productivity.
  • Schedule technical tests and interviews independently.

Job details

  • You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp then the location & time of the exam, make sure your CV includes your WhatsApp No.
  • Working hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, six days weekly and Friday is off.
  • Candidates will undergo a comprehension English Language exam before the personal interview.
  • The successful candidate will sign a confidentiality agreement besides the job contract.
  • No dress code for candidates.
  • Salary is set after the evaluation cycle is completed based on; total experience, English language proficiency, and soft skills.

Job Requirements

Applicant MUST be:

  • Fluent English with IELTS Score above 7.
  • BSc in Business Administration with at least 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of all MS office applications, especially word and powerpoint.
  • Female with age less than 35.
