Job Description
Purpose of Job:
- Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of the Chairman Office requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and sort all incoming correspondence, distribute as requested.
- Response and draft replies as needed submitted to Chairman for signature.
- Manage Chairman Calendar and liaise with external offices as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain Chairman agenda as well as prepare itineraries for business trips in liaise with traveling PA in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take dictation in English and Arabic, transpose correspondence into required format
- Prepare and send invitations for business and personal functions.
- Ensure the Chairman’s office area is maintained to a very high standard at all times.
- Implement the administration reports that include daily, weekly and monthly reports with follow-up
Job Requirements
- 5 -10 Years of working experience in performing Secretarial duties
- Excellent in English business writing and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, outlook, Power Point)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
