JOB BREIF

• Run the plants of the company in the most effective and efficient manner in terms of production, quality of products, the efficiency of labor-technology combination, safety and total compliance to regulatory bodies including
• Food Safety Organization, ISO body and any other regulatory bodies and
• Labor & Social Insurance Office.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage 2 currently operating Plants – Target is 4 operating plants.
• Working with the Production Managers, Maintenance Managers, Lab
• Manager and different department managers to obtain the desired production quality and working conditions.
• Ensure that the quality control, best work practices, staff efficiency and teamwork atmosphere are maintained at optimum performance at all times.
• Enforce compliance with ISO, health and safety regulations that ensure compliance with the requirements of regulatory bodies. Monitor operations, trigger and follow Corrective Actions.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
• Ensure effective return on assets through following standards, metrics and performance targets.
• Accountable for all plant operations, buildings and machines maintenance, periodic machines preventive service and production processes.
• Supervise and assist in installation of all equipment. Help in setting effective plants layout. Monitor equipment and machinery and ensure that they are in good working order. Recommend equipment and machinery upgrade as needed.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal production target and quality results.
• Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements when needed.
