Conducts and implements behavior and culture system, job safety analysis and job safety practices, risk assessment, incident reporting and investigation system, isolation of hazard energy, daily management system, change management system, contractor safety system, fall prevention and protection system, hazard survey tours and reporting system, health and safety inspections.
Establishing, reviewing and implementing the Company's occupational health and safety policy and ensuring its application at the level of all sites.
Establishing technical and administrative policies and procedures related to the organization of occupational safety and health on all company sites and ensuring that these policies are updated periodically and if necessary.
Ensure that all sites in the company comply with the governmental requirements of the State to ensure that no violations or fines are imposed on the company in respect of occupational safety and health.
Establishing training programs related to the hazards in the various sites as well as updating them periodically and making sure that the safety officials in the various sites implement these exercises in order to raise awareness for all workers in the various sites.
Establishing and implementing a policy of controlling the works of contractors within all locations of the company in order to ensure their compliance with the company's policies regarding occupational safety and health in order to prevent accidents of all kinds.
Ensure the readiness of all sites to respond to various emergencies by providing the necessary equipment to respond to emergencies as well as the willingness of workers to deal with emergencies as appropriate.
Coordinate with the senior management of the company to provide the required financial
Resources to implement the annual projects of occupational safety and health in order to provide a safe working environment for workers.
Training and qualifying the team work in different locations so as to enable them to perform their tasks in a professional manner, through the integration of internal training and external training and certificates approved.
Finding innovative solutions to solve unsafe situations in different locations in order to create a safe working environment for all employees.
Provide appropriate training and guidance to all members of the occupational safety and health team at the sites.
Cooperate with the construction department and the various departments concerned to ensure the implementation of fire networks and projects for occupational safety and health in accordance with the standard specifications.
Monitor and follow up the performance of the occupational safety and health team in different locations and submit the required reports to the top management of the company.
Conducting periodic inspection on the different sites of the company in order to ensure that the sites conform to the specifications and policies of occupational safety and health.
Participate in the development of technical specifications for equipment, devices, and tasks of personal protection and verify their effectiveness and suitability to the nature of the work (masks of all kinds/gloves/shoes).
Periodic inspection of workplaces to identify risks and pollutants and commitment of employees to implement instructions.
Identify the dangerous places in all facilities of the unit such as workshops, laboratories, laboratories, and others.

Minimum 3 years experience as HSE Supervisor / manufacturing background is preferable
