Job Description

  • Responsible for developing long-term relationships with my portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Maintain reports on pipeline activity and provide status updates on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • At Least Very Good at English (Writing/Speaking)
  • At least 2-4 years of experience within a sales function with proven proficiency in competitive analysis, creating marketing and sales strategies, and developing partnerships.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in technology sale
  • Proven history of success utilizing a consultative solution sales process with a track record of past sales success.
  • Team collaboration and communication skills as an individual contributor, as well as an effective team member.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Sales Documentary.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to find and resolve issues.
  • Ability to successfully interface with a wide range of personalities and departments.
