Identify, develop, execute, and evaluate the company and partner Social Media marketing strategies and plans of action using the market’s characteristics and digital marketing factors.
Formulate, direct, or coordinate social media marketing activities or policies to promote company’s products off-line and on-line as per planned marketing activities annual calendar.
Promote the company’s brand and products, over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.
Come up with creative ideas and contents including text posts, videos, and images for use of social media to engage and develop the company’s online and e-commerce financial and marketing budget.
Day-to-day management and moderation of company and brand social media profiles across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including copy-writing, posting, managing the creation of social graphics, reporting, and responding to customers and followers.
Plan and prepare advertising and promotional social media materials to increase sales of products, in collaboration with the Art design team and Sales & Marketing Departments.
Creating and curating content that generates leads, engages with customers/followers, and online communities as and when required on regular basis.
Mediating and managing conversations on social networks and manages editorial calendars.
Evaluate and manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media and advertising posts; develop appropriations or return-on-investment and profit and loss projections on an annual basis, which will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
Actively engaging and connecting with different stakeholders like famous bloggers and online influencers and collaborating with them to promote and populate our platforms and social assets.
Managing and executing weekly and monthly reporting (tracking fan and follower growth, social media mentions, tweets, and content highlights, number of followers, and engaged customers as per promotions or new product news ).
Staying on top of the competitive landscape, emerging social media technologies, and activity and trends.

Advertising agency or in-house retail marketing management background.
Have demonstrated knowledge of emerging and established social media platforms, and application to marketing campaigns. Resourcefulness, ability to connect people, and stimulate discussion.
A strong passion for social media and social networking that includes personal and professional immersion in current social media trends, in-depth knowledge of social media tools and techniques, and strong knowledge of emerging social media channels (currently actively involved).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
