Job Description
Human Resources Manager Job Duties:
- Supports management by providing human resources direction, advice, and counsel
- Ability to coach and mentor team members through the process of understanding the needs and responsibilities of human resources within a large multi-national organization
- Understanding of cultural norms, traditions, and working with diverse teams
- Guides management and employee actions by developing HR guidelines, communicating the guidelines and enforcing organization values
- Leads Company’s compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements.
- Establishes and maintains company records and reports; able to direct others in the organization and adherence to record-keeping guidelines
- Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation.
- Maintains company organization charts and employee directory
- To attend the monthly business review meeting to provide HR advice on a strategic, policy & practical basis.
- Manage budgets
- Implement strategies that support business growth
- Improve morale and employee retention
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum 15 years experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience supervising and managing a professional staff.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Confident individual with a proactive attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
- Good command of English.
