Job Description
1. Recruitment
- Develop the manpower plan in coordination with top management.
- Manage Helm different recruitment channels and accounts and handle the recruitment process end to end.
- Design interesting on-boarding and off-boarding sessions and process of the new team.
- Update hiring reports and all other relevant sheets and documents.
2. Human Development
- Develop the internal Human Development plan in coordination with Helm Training Consultants.
3. Employee Relations
- Ensure a smooth flow of the monthly payroll, leaves, team contracts, Helm staff meetings, and insurance processes.
4. Organization Development
- Create Helm policies, processes, procedures, and organizational structure that will encourage a healthy work environment.
- Develop and update the job descriptions for all Helm job roles.
- Handle the company performance appraisal process and manage the annual employee satisfaction survey data gathering and analysis.
- Manage HR internal events and team retreats for staff.
5.Team Supervision
- Evaluate the performance of the team and give feedback.
- Assign and delegate tasks, duties, and responsibilities for the team members.
Job Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- HR Diploma is a plus.
