English Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision: Manage and guide a team of online English instructors, providing feedback and support to ensure high-quality teaching standards.

Class Monitoring: Regularly observe online classes to ensure adherence to curriculum, teaching methodologies, and best practices in education.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the effective implementation of learning objectives, monitor student progress, and evaluate instructor performance.

Training & Development: Organize and deliver training sessions for new and existing instructors to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge of online tools and platforms.(with the help of your personal assistant )

Student Support: Address any issues related to student engagement, satisfaction, or performance, and work with instructors to provide appropriate solutions.(with the help of your personal assistant )

Curriculum & Content Management: Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure that teaching materials are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging for students.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of instructor performance, student feedback, and other relevant metrics. Report regularly to senior management on team progress and performance.(with the help of your personal assistant )

Administrative Duties: Handle scheduling, teacher assignments, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of online classes with the help of your personal assistant 

Technical Support: Provide support for any technical issues related to the online teaching platform and collaborate with the IT department as needed (with the help of your personal assistant )
