Job Description
- Conduct teacher interviews, organize demo sessions, and share feedback with HR for appropriate actions.
- Provide comprehensive training for new teachers on academy processes, supported with detailed guidelines (PDF/handbook), and secure teacher acknowledgment of the rules.
- Ensure accurate student placement through proper placement tests, as misplacements can critically affect class outcomes.
- Organize orientation sessions for parents of new students or those transferring between groups, until a permanent orientation video is available.
- Monitor teachers’ performance through scheduled class visits and feedback, ensuring alignment with HiQ Academy’s core teaching strategy: EDUTAINMENT (educating children through entertainment).
- Conduct class visits as assigned in the system according to administrative decisions for each category.
- Evaluate student engagement and interaction during class visits and report findings.
- Handle and resolve complaints from parents or students in a professional manner, ensuring timely solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent and effective performance across all academic operations, maintaining quality standards and smooth workflows.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar academic or educational supervisory role.
- Strong background in teacher management, training, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complaints effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and ensure smooth operations under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
- Proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM, or LMS platforms) to manage academic and administrative processes.
