Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external vendors.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Handle SAP system operations related to administration tasks.
- Prepare, review, and maintain administrative reports and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in administration, preferably within factories or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in SAP with relevant hands-on experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with compliance, health and safety regulations is an advantage
