Job Description
- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Draft, review, and translate correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and confidential information.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and relay accurate messages promptly.
- Support management with presentations, reports, and other business needs.
- Ensure professional communication internally and externally with clients and partners.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field is preferred.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferably proficient in a second language – German or Russian.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
