Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide both Admin & personal assistance for the Managing Director. Should be well-organized, active, and with excellent communications & people skills.

Main Functions

  • Act as the liaison between CEO, employees, and other external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage CEO's calendars.
  • Setup, organize, attend, and take minutes during meetings CEO's meetings, inside and outside the company
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Willing to accompany CEO and travel abroad (twice a years on average).
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed


 

Job Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English is a must
  • Competent in MS Office and business writing
  • Experience in similar role is preferable
  • Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication & People skills.
  • Proactive & Details-Oriented.
  • Can handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Max age 35.
