Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide both Admin & personal assistance for the Managing Director. Should be well-organized, active, and with excellent communications & people skills.
Main Functions
- Act as the liaison between CEO, employees, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage CEO's calendars.
- Setup, organize, attend, and take minutes during meetings CEO's meetings, inside and outside the company
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Willing to accompany CEO and travel abroad (twice a years on average).
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Fluent spoken English is a must
- Competent in MS Office and business writing
- Experience in similar role is preferable
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & People skills.
- Proactive & Details-Oriented.
- Can handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Max age 35.
