Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies/Polices and initiatives aligned with Company Values and Culture
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or violations
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Investigate any case and apply the right disciplinary action according to company rules & labor law
- Handle terminations and end of contracts for the existing employees in accordance with labor law and their performance
- Liaise between employees and management
- Hand Social Insurance and Labor office Inspections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree within HR or any other related field.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, social and legal compliances.
- Knowledge of different industries; preferably Service companies.
- Excellent English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
- 3 years to 5 Years of related experience.
